How to Order Online:

From the home page, click on “Shop Now” and then click on the category of your choice. Once within a category choose an item that you wish to purchase by clicking “Add to Bag”. Click the “Checkout Now” button when you are ready to purchase the item. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.

Phone Order:

Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by phone.

Mail Order:

Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by mail.

International Order:

Megan and Friends will accept orders from any country the United States Postal Service can ship to as long as the payment method is one of our Payment Options. Visit the USPS website to see available countries.

Order Status:

After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been placed. Likewise, once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received one or more of these emails, please feel free to contact us for information regarding your order.

Modify or Cancel Order:

If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped you cannot modify or cancel your order.
