Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return your items within 10 days of purchase. In order to accept a return, the item must be unwashed and unworn with the tags still attached. This 10 day grace period begins on the day that your purchase is shipped. Once your purchase has been received, you will be notified via email and issued your online store credit, less shipping costs. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless Megan and Friends has sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

* Please also be aware that refunds are not permitted at this time. Please email sales@meganandfriends.com to redeem your online store credit.

Please note that Megan and Friends has the right to refuse the return of merchandise that does not meet our return policy.

How to Make a Return

1. Package your item with the original invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full name and email address in the package. *Please remember to insure your package for the full value of your merchandise.

2. Please ship all returns to the following address:

3. Once the item is received, we will issue you a store credit for the total amount you paid for the item(s) not including shipping. 

4. If the item we sent was wrong or defective, please contact us and we will refund your shipping charges.
